Admission Procedures
FJS admits students of any race, color, or national or ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school. FJS does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, or national or ethnic origin in the administration of its educational policies, admissions policies, scholarship or loan programs, or athletic and other school administered programs.
Interested parents should visit the school for an applications packet, or download and complete the forms below (Adobe Acrobat Reader required).
Mail the completed forms with your check or money order for $50.00 (before 1 June, see "Introduction to FJS" for fee after 1 June) payable to "Followers of Jesus School" to the school at the address at the bottom of the page.
After we receive the completed application and registration fee, we will notify you that we have received it. New student interviews and testing will occur in mid to late June and continue throughout the summer for the fall.
At the time of your admission interview, additional forms may be required.
